Kim Johnsen is the founder of BA5 Invest and brings more than 25 years of experience across finance, business development, and real estate. Since establishing BA5 Invest in 2004, he has led the firm’s evolution from a focused investment vehicle into a professional platform for both long-term and tactical value creation across residential and commercial real estate. Today, BA5 Invest manages assets with a total value exceeding EUR 150 million in the Oslo region. In addition to his role on the board, Kim holds several board positions, contributing strategic insight, capital discipline, and execution expertise.
