Lars has been a senior auditor at Varder Group and worked within the real estate industry, with a main focus on clients within construction and development. Lars has been an auditor at Varder Group for the past three years, where he has also served as specialist leader of the anti-money laundering team.

Education: Lars holds a master's degree in accounting and auditing from the University of Agder in Kristiansand. He also holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and auditing from the University of Southeast Norway.‍
