Miglena brings more than a decade of experience in accounting and financial management within the real estate sector. She is a Certified Public Accountant, with a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and asset-level oversight.

Miglena holds a master’s degree in Ecology from the Technical University of Varna in Bulgaria and has completed advanced studies at Wismar University of Applied Sciences in Germany.

She further strengthened her financial expertise through studies at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, where she obtained her CPA certification in 2022.
